Threabands Wellness and Rehabilitation Station

The THERABAND Rehab and Wellness Station is a comprehensive, all-in-one rehabilitation center designed for in-clinic or home-based physical therapy. It is specifically engineered to improve strength, balance, range of motion, and core stability within a very compact footprint.   

Core Functionality

Unlike traditional pulley machines that use isotonic resistance, this station utilizes progressive elastic resistance. This provides a more natural “strength curve” and allows for multi-dimensional movement across three planes:   

• Vertical

• Horizontal

• Transverse

Key Components

The system is built around a wall-mounted track and a portable floor base, typically including:

• Resistance Tubing: Nine pairs of clip-connect tubing in varying lengths (12″, 18″, and 24″) and progressive resistance levels (Yellow, Red, Green, and Blue).

• Exercise Accessories: Includes a 36” padded exercise bar, waist belt, head strap, extremity straps, and exercise handles with D-ring connectors.   

• Stability & Balance Tools: Often bundled with THERABAND Stability Trainers and Pro Series SCP Exercise Balls (45cm, 55cm, and 65cm).

• Documentation Tools: Features slide tracks with position indicators and one-hand lockdown mechanisms to make it easy for clinicians to set up, chart, and document patient progress.

Space & Installation

• Footprint: It requires only a 6′ x 6′ space, making it an efficient “rehab corner” for smaller clinics.  

• Installation: It requires professional installation on a wall with wood or steel studs and a minimum ceiling height of 7 feet.  

• Construction: The wall tracks are made of high-quality anodized aluminum, while the base is a durable, high-impact polyethylene platform.

and complex movement patterns during recovery
